TS Edcet Notification 2023 Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET) is administered by Osmania University in Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Educational Qualifications for TS EDCET 2023

1. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% overall. The degree should be specialized in Arts, Commerce, Science, Home Science, Computer Application, Business Management, or Business Administration.
2. Applicants must have finished 10+2+3 years of schooling.
3. Applicants from the SC/ST/BC and other reserved categories must have at least 40% aggregate in their degree examination.
4. Candidates with degrees in professional and job-oriented courses such as MBBS/ BSC(AG)/BVSC/BHMT/B.Pharm are not eligible to take the entrance exam.
5. Aspirants for the TS EDCET who have obtained a Master’s Degree without completing undergraduate studies do not meet the eligibility criteria for the B.Ed. course.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed or appeared in any Bachelors Degree, i.e. B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BCA, BBM, B.A (Oriental Languages), BBA, or Masters Degree, with at least 50% aggregate marks.

Age Requirement:

• The candidate must be at least 19 years old as of July 1, 2023. There is no upper age limit.

Fee for Application:

• The application fee is Rs 650 for unreserved candidates and Rs 450 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.
