CoreIntegrator, LLC is looking for an energetic, multi-talented and motivated individual to join the team as an ERP Integration Specialist.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is familiar with integrating third party software into a variety of ERP systems. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the purchasing and accounts payables processes and is looking to move into a more independent and consultative role with upward mobility.

ERP Integration Specialist.

The goal of the Erp Integration Specialist is to successfully plan and develop integrations of CoreIntegrator’s AP Automation platform into our customers various ERP Solutions. They will create and articulate the functional and technical solutions that address customer needs and best equip them for success.

To ensure success as an ERP specialist, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as a good understanding of financial operations such as procurement and accounts payable.

ERP Integration Specialist Responsibilities:

• Establishing ERP integration needs via business process analysis and consultation.
• Analyzing existing infrastructure and develop repeatable processes for each ERP.
• Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring our application for various ERP applications.
• Experience working with stakeholders to develop requirements and technical designs.
• Ability to write clear documentation and specifications.
• Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
• Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing technical support and training for Implementors and Technical Support Team.
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP integration processes.
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry and experience with delivering projects in AP &/or Finance Depts
• A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Programming Language Experience:
  • C#
  • SQL
  • Java / C++
  • TypeScript / JavaScript / Python with enterprise development experience
  • Using and developing REST APIs
  • Experience with secure coding practices
  • Use of Version Control Tools
  • Experience developing integrations with the following ERP Systems:
    • Business Central
    • GP
    • Intacct
    • Accumatica
  • System Administration experience
    • Windows Server
    • Azure Cloud
  • Experience with automated testing
  • OAuth
