  • Click on  Win+R, then a  Run dialogue box will pop-up.
  • Here type MSC in the dialogue box appeared and hit the OK button.
  • Press on All Drivers in the left pane.
  • Now go to the right pane, do right-click on the printer driver >> press Delete on the pop-up menu.
  • And add the printer again.

  • First, start the computer and sign in as an Administrator.
  • Then press on the Start button and choose All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools and at last tap on System Restore.
