Step 1: Restore files or folders from Recycle Bin
This is the easiest method and works only when you have not permanently deleted the files by pressing Shift + Delete. If these files are lying in the recycle bin, they can be easily restored.
Step 2: By restoring the files from older version
You can follow the following steps:
Open the folder with deleted files
Go to History
Go to Previous
Select Files to be recovered
Restore
Step 3:By restoring the files from latest version.
You can follow the given steps:
Select Folder
Right click
Restore the previous version
Previous Versions Permanently Deleted Files Or Folders with Time and date will be shown
Select the latest version files

Step 4: Restoring deleted Window files from File History
This will only work if you have previously turned on the File History feature. if you have turned on this feature then follow the given steps
Search for Restore your files with file history.
Find the files you want to recover.
Click Restore.
Step 5: Retrieve files using Windows backup and Restore option
This option will also work only for users who have kept Windows Backups on a regular basis can restore all the Windows data without taking much time.
Open Control Panel

Backup and Restore.

Step 6: If you want to repair files in the case of minor corruption, you can connect the storage media device to the computer and run the following commands:
Click Win button on the desktop
Type cmd on the search box
Right click on the cmd.exe
Select run as administrator
Type SFC/scan now on command prompt
