Lidl in Spain have an Offer for 28 cans of San Miguel for only €9.99. This works out at €0.36, or €1.09 per litre. These prices are not too far off supermarket own brand beer prices, so looks like a good deal. This offer is part of Lidl's Super Saturday, and starts Saturday 5th October 2013.
