Honey Roasted Peaches
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, halved
- ½ cup H.L. Franklin's Healthy Honey
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees
2. Line baking sheet, and top with peach halves, open side up
3. Remove pits, and pour honey into hollow of peaches
4. Bake for 15- 25 minutes, depending on ripeness of peaches
5. Allow peaches to cool for 5 minutes
6. Top each half with ¼ cup granola , a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey
Notes
- *NOTE: You can also roast peaches ahead of time. Store in fridge for 3-5 days.)
Baked Brie with Sliced Almonds and Honey
Ingredients
- 1 wedge brie
- ¼ cup H.L. Franklin's Healthy Honey
- ¼ cup raw sliced almonds
- Sliced whole wheat baguette or multigrain crackers to serve
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees
2. Place brie in a baking dish and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almond slices
3. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until brie is starting to melt and almonds start to lightly brown
4. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers
