The Queen’s Award for Enterprise Innovation is a high honour, going to a company who has experienced commercial success as a result of innovation. As a result, PAC group will be invited to a Royal reception to be presented the award by one of The Queen’s representatives. The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are awarded in three categories: International Trade, Innovation, and Sustainable Development.
PAC Group is the first Northern Ireland company to bring home the innovation award in three years. Founded in 2018, PAC Group began an impressive journey of growth as they used innovation to expand their electrical and mechanical engineering company.
Receiving Platinum Level Innovator status is the highest honour from Innovate NI – and the highest accolade available in the Department for the Economy Innovation Accreditation Programme.
PAC Group has developed a proprietary carbon composite preforming technology including both unique techniques and technologies. In 2019, they were awarded a contract by Spirit AeroSystems to develop a quartz infrared performer for their new Aerospace Innovation Centre.
