Tosta con cafe means toast with coffee. It is the most popular Breakfast in Spain and if you go into any Spanish bar before midday, most people will be eating this, washed down with a coffee.
Typically a tostada comes as a sliced, toasted baguette with a choice of spreads. The most common are jam (tostada con mermelada) and a tomato/olive oil/salt combination (tostada con tomate).
You should expect to pay between €2 and €2.50 for a coffee and toast, but the touristy places might try to rip you off. There is a place on the sea front where we live that charges €4.50.
The best one I had was in Caceres recently. It was a huge slab of lightly toasted bread and was only €1.80. Here's a picture of it:
