Spain is now a renter's dream, particularly the coastal areas which have a massive oversupply of properties and a lot of desperate landlords.  Since moving to Spain 4 years ago, I've watched rental values plummet.  When I first arrived, you would be hard pressed to find anything for under 600 euros per month for a 2 bed appartment.

The other day, I saw this advert on a wall for a 3 bed house for only 340 euros per month.  That's unbelievably cheap.  Can rental prices fall any lower or are we reaching the bottom now?
