Fidgets For Adults With Anxiety

I made a short youtube video about how Fidget Toys have helped me with my anxiety. Four years ago before starting Happy Hands Toys I never even knew what fidget toys were. Then the huge spinner craze happened, and we decided to start this company. I don't think fidgets should just be related to toys but more tools to help people focus or even self-regulate. Here I show some great fidgets for adults with anxiety to help take the edge off tense or stressful situations. Take a look at my 1st video ever and I hope to do more to come.
