Honestly, I have no idea why I created this series, because it’s just the same as filming What I Eat In A Day, but I suppose it’s just to change the title from something else so that I don’t get too repetitive.
But for me, My Food Diary is where I mostly eat foods that aren’t too healthy, unlike what I eat in a day since I don’t eat healthy foods everyday. Well, not yet. But I’m getting there.
But I still hope you check it out and maybe get some ideas on what to eat to maintain your weight, especially during this quarantine.
I still like eating ramyeon, but I would like to see or find a healthy alternative for that, though, I personally think it’s alright for us to indulge on those unhealthy foods so that we don’t deprive ourselves.
