Oh, my gosh. It feels like a year has passed since my last post.

If you’re still not aware, I’m trying to be consistent with uploading videos on my YouTube channel, which can be found here.

If you have been following me ever since.. the beginning, you’ll know that I stuck with a Healthy and active lifestyle last 2018, but I stopped right after the first three months of 2019 because of some personal things that I’ve dealt with, plus depression and anxiety washed me away like a tidal wave. Wow, words.

I’ve been struggling with time management between work and working out. I’m getting busier with work, but it’s really not a complain since I enjoy what I’m doing.

However, I started going back to being healthy and active again last year October 2019. I saw changes again, and I definitely lost the water weight I gained the past six months of no exercise and poor healthy eating habits. Though, I’m kinda sad that one of my denim pants doesn’t seem to feel loose on me anymore. It fits perfectly and I’m not sure if it’s due to the booty gains I’m trying to work on or I just haven’t lost most of the weight that I’ve gained the past six months.

I know I’ll get there again, though. One of my high school classmates told me that I’m more toned than the last time he saw me, which was last year March 2019, so that honestly made me feel happier than I ever was with my healthy lifestyle journey.

I’ve been enjoying being active these past few months. Though, I’m still trying to not overwork my body by feeding my brain with more knowledge on what is over-working out and what is not. I used to work out two hours; six days before, but this fitness Guru that I’ve been following for almost four months now taught me that our body needs a Rest. She even said that it’s important to take a week rest, not to just give our body some rest, but to be motivated again and that honestly helped a lot. I still hit at least an hour and a half of working out, since she makes a lot of workout videos that are quite addicting.

You can check Chloe Ting by click on the link here. She also makes workout programs, which I’m participating in one, but unfortunately, forgot to film it all, but I probably will when I finished the challenge and took a rest week.

During my rest days, I still try to be active by taking 10,000 to 14,000 steps a day. Trust me, I love walking. I could walk for hours every day and I still won’t feel tired. Which reminded me of the walk I did with my friends Momo and Jolly last year where both of them were feeling really tired and I’m still energized. Lol.

I plan on creating a 14-day meal plan when I have the time, but I still need to work on my eating habits before I do that. I have Gut Problems and I’m mostly bloated, especially when I eat past 4:00 PM. I haven’t been to the doctors yet, which I should. I love green salads, though. I could them every day!

Talking about my gut problems.. yeah, I used to starve myself before so I think it messed up gut really badly. I’m always bloated every time I eat past 4:00 PM and the only thing that actually helps me release the gas are.. ointments that I rub around my stomach two to three times every night before I sleep.

I think that’s all the update I have regarding my health. I should be posting beauty reviews again. But if you haven’t already, please do check out my YouTube channel and follow me on my.. normal life. LOL.

Love you, peaches! xoxo
