Many of us make New Year’s resolutions to lose weight and get back in shape. However, we are seldom successful. Every year, we promise ourselves change and every year, within the first month, most of us abandon our resolutions. With obesity now widely recognized as a true public health crisis, slimming down and staying fit has never been more important.
