I've officially been to all of my classes now. I had my first biological science lab today and I've been to all of my other classes and have gotten somewhat situated. This semester is looking good already. So many times last semester I had intentions of going to Spanish Club, but I never went. Even in high school I meant to go to Spanish club meetings but never went. This past Friday I went to my very first meeting and was elected president of the club. Be careful what you pray for. I told God that I wanted to be involved in something on campus. I didn't want to be in several clubs or organizations but maybe one or two in which I could dedicate a little time to. Now, I'm the head of a club after attending one meeting. I've never held a title like that in any type of club or organization, I've always just been a member. I guess now is my chance to shine. It looks good on the resume, that's for sure. Aside from that, still needing a few textbooks and still trying to master the art of time management. For the time being, though, life is good.
