actually no matter if u low ur graphics the fps will always be the same, wich is kinda strange, why would u lower the graphics if u get the same fps, better to see nice graphs even if is a bit laggy since changing them don't change things at least that's what i'm doyin'. Disable multithreading in your computer. Also, in nvidia panel (if you have one), put the power at MAX PERFORMANCES. Enjoy.

Seems to be nvidia on that end since current gen perform much lower than some of the older cards. Still using a single gtx 690 and never drops below 60fps with vsync on except when doing large scale fights but comat mode fixes that.
