 or are you on the wrong data center/world? Did you try re installing? Renewed, it wouldn't load for a month, canceled. Yup, uninstalled, redownloaded Heavensward. Basically, I preordered, played Heavensward early, the disc was sent to an address I don't have access to, so I couldn't install the disc. I get an error saying I have to have Heavensward installed. I contacted support, they referred me to Store Support, who refused to credit so I can re-order, or send a new disc. So my character can't be loaded. After a month of trying, canceled, and I'm swearing off Square-Enix. Their support is garbage.
