YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper is a must for smoking meat

YRYM HT butcher Paper roll shipped and arrived well packaged and in great shape. Borrowed some of this butcher wrapping paper from a bud before I bought mine. Most ridiculously tender brisket I ever smoked. Perfect thickness allows for just enogh porosity for perfect smoke penetration so you are not eating something that tastes like an ashtray. Best brisket ever with this paper! Great quality and durability in the smoker. Works great on my new smoker for ribs and brisket! The YRYM HT Butcher Wrapping Paper is awesome. It was my 1st time using it. I usally wrap my brisket and pork shoulder in foil, but I follow alot of Franklins shows and his book and wanted to try it out. Great product. Allows the meat to breathe and still get smoke without steaming it. I got through the stall with no problem. I even used on my ribs and the came out perfect!! The butcher paper roll was delivered just in time for use. The ribs turned out just as we like them. I am looking forward to using the paper wrap more.

YRYM HT butcher Wrapping Paper worked well for smoking a pork shoulder and beef brisket for memorial day, wrapped it and held the heat for a couple hours while preparing other items and kept a nice bark on the meat unlike foil. Worked well--better than foiling brisket, ribs, etc., on a smoker. Bark stays intact and doesn't get mushy. I use it to wrap ribs and brisket, the paper isn't cheap and won't tear when the juices get flowing. You get sooo much more smoke flavor using this paper over using foil. Awesome product, I just need to learn how to wrap a brisket like Aaron Franklin. So much better than wrapping with foil, the bark stayed crisp unlike with foil where it gets moist. Works great! Delivered unbelievable fast. Will order again when I run out. Wanted to give it a try for cooking on a new pellet grill.

I chose YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper because the price was right and because it was longer than most other rolls who usually only provide 150' and charge more money. Shipping was really quick and I will definitely order more going forward. Picture is a little deceptive. I thought I was getting three rolls. My fault for not reading the description better. Otherwise good paper.

YRYM HT is kind of a Jurassic kitchen item. It was used years ago for so many things, then Pam hit the market. Butcher paper is less expensive but a little more time costly.I line everything with it. Cookie sheets, cake pans, loaf pans...stops sticking and makes clean up a breeze. Much better than wax paper as it does not smoke. I always leave a portion of the paper laying over the edge so I can pick up and remove the entire goodie without damage. You can sometimes use it over again like with cookies. I love to make but it always a messy clean up. I have never used Reynolds Parchment paper. What a difference. Cookies didn't overcook and cookie sheet used didn't get any buildup of cooking spray. Because I didn't have to use it. It is definitely a win for me. I will continue to use. Now if only I would have tried parchment paper so many years ago, you have made live easier for baking season.
