Bland nya nedladdningar finns nu F Secure Psb Computer Protection som kommer att bli ersättaren för PSB Workstation Security .

En egenhet med PSB Workstation Security var att vid användandet av Software Updater fick användaren ett meddelande om att datorn behövde startas om vilket orsakade onödig frustration. Med PSB Computer Security har det minimerats.
Software Updater i sig är en funktion som hjälper administratörer att se till att kunderrnas och användarna datorer har alla relevanta säkerhetsuppdateringar installeerade genom att överka aWindows Update och utöver det c:a 2500 andra  programvaror som t.ex. Adobe Flash Player, Java och andra funktioner. Uppdateringar kan skickas ut och övervakas centralt och samtliga datorer får dem per automatik .

Licensen för PSB Computer Protection är den samma som för PSB Workstation Security. Båda produkterna kan dock inte installeras på samma dator.
Bland de nya  funktionerna i Computer Protection nämns b.la.

Major changes in F Secure PSB Computer Protection

• Anti-malware:
  • Significantly revised scanning architecture using the latest technology from the F-Secure Lab.
  • Unifies behavior of security components and brings the possibility to add new security features more easily in the future.
• Firewall:
  • Remotely managed Microsoft Firewall.
  • Firewall profiles have been updated to handle the most significant threats.
• Software updater:
  • Currently it is using exactly same software updater technology as PSB Workstation Security 12.
• User Interface:
  • Refreshed and revised.
• Common:
  • Installer is currently only available as a network installer.
  • Silent Computer Protection upgrades without the need to reboot the computer.
  • Completely revised update technology, bringing significant reduction in network bandwidth usage.
  • Many performance and stability improvements.
  • Extendible client architecture, allowing easier integration of new features in the future.
• Features dropped:
  • Support for Windows Vista
