Go To Blogger.com 

Login to Blogger> Dashboard > Layout > Favicon > Click Edit > Upload custom favicon > Save>Save arrangement

• Go to your Dashboard of the blogger

• Select Favicon option near left corner of the Layout
• Click  Edit Favicon
