Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for those of you who came down to Holly’s program last night and drew with Charcoal. She had a guest professor, Dr. Richard Moninski, come in and give a class on how to Draw with charcoal. It seemed like a pretty easy thing to go down and just draw with charcoal but it actually was really challenging as Marcus and T.J. found out from the start. In order to truly grasp the visual aspect of drawing something you see the right side of the brain would need to be utilized more than the left. For me this was really difficult because I am very left brain oriented. It was still a great time meeting Dr.Moninski, talking to him, learning from him, and seeing how talented the faculty on our campus are and how they are willing to come and do mini workshops with students on things that interest them!
