An entry level resource that can be used when teaching Verbs and tenses. The activity was originally used as part of a session based around Sport and The Olympics. I find that learners remember what verbs are when teaching them as part of a related session, especially as sports have a link to actions.You can encourage your learners to think of verbs related to various sports and then allow them to form tenses in the past, future and present. They could then write a paragraph about sports using the correct tenses and verb endings.
