This event was conducted on the occasion of ” Basant Panchami and Republic Day ”. This event was organised for Staff and faculties members including some fun games so that all can get together and can enjoy the event. In this event the faculties and staff of all the departments participated actively and enjoyed a lot, they made it memorable event.
The program had started with the introduction of the event and followed by the Maa Saraswati Vandana. Our Honorable Chairman Sir – Mr. Atul Mangal , Honorable Vice Chairman Sir – Mr. Anuj Mangal , Directors and Principals of all departments had lighted the lamp and Inaugurated the event. After the lightening of the lamp Director (Management) – Mr. Tushar Kanti threw some light on the event.
After that games started with the Musical Chair which was played in 3 rounds based on patriotic songs. To make this programme more fun filled many tongue twisters were recited by the staff and the faculties. While twisting the tongue the participants as well as the audience had rejoiced the game.
The next game was Just a Minute which included 4 games i.e. Lemon and Rubber, Blow with Straw, Prick the potato and crush the paper. In each game 3 participants had participated and each game was repeated twice. The last game was lemon race in which all participated enthusiastically.
During all the games to increase the fun element there were various fillers which included different activities performed by the faculties and staff and this made the event more happening. The most enjoyable event was the musical chair in which Mr. Ankur from Engineering Department and Ms. Sudhanshu Tyagi from Bio Tech were declared the winners.
Gifts and chocolates were distributed to all the winners and runners .Everybody enjoyed the event and made it memorable The event was ended with vote of thanks and refreshment for all.
