The Anti-Corruption Bureau has on Friday summoned Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia for questioning in the case of alleged illegal recruitments at the Delhi Commission for Woman. Sisodia has been asked to appear before the anti-graft unit on October 14.

The ACB had earlier registered an FIR against DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal for alleged irregularities and questioned her twice.

The FIR has been lodged under Sections 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, apart from Sections 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 409 (criminal breach of trust by a public servant) of IPC.
