29.7.2016. The observations are as under:

1. Free flow was observed in Najafgarh drain throughout its length.

2. Three drains pertaining to Haryana Govt i e Bajghera, Dharampur & Badshahpur discharges water from Gurgoan into NG drain. All these drains was found to be at under construction stage by RCC covered drain and water was found to be diverted in small kutchcha drains and at some places through single pipes only. These diversions are not able to cater to full discharge resulting in water logging in Gurgoan & NH-8.

3. These observations has been conveyed telephonically to HUDA & Haryana Irrigation officers for necessary action.
