The assembly elections for Uttar Pradesh Phase 2 began early this morning for 67 constituencies spead across 11 districts. Polling is taking place for the following districts: Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, Sambhal, Rampur, Bareilly, Amroha, Pilibhit, Kheri, Shahjahanpur and Badaun.
