The personal secretary of Former Delhi Minister Sandeep Kumar, who recently became the centere of controversy over a Sex CD Scandal, has been detained by Delhi Police.

Sandeep Kumar’s personal secretary is the one who has been held responsible for the sex CD leak and was detained by the police on Monday.

Kumar was on Sunday sent to one day judicial custody after he surrendered before the police on Saturday, following a complaint by the woman in the tape, who had alleged rape after the incident blew wide open.

In her complaint, the woman alleged that around 11 months ago, she was raped by Kumar when she had gone to his office in Outer Delhi’s Sultanpuri seeking help to obtain a ration card.

Kumar was produced in a court on Sunday. Following the CD leak, Kumar was removed from the party. Only Kumar’s wife came out in his support, claiming that he was “falsely implicated” in the scandal.

Recently, Meem Afzal of the Indian National Congress took a shot at Kumar’s wife.
