In a new Instagram video posted Monday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—dermatologist and host of TLC’s Dr. Pimple Popper—treats a patient with a straight-up Massive Steatocystoma on her chest. (A steatocystoma is a benign growth filled with sebum, the substance that lubricates our hair and skin, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine.)

The fluid inside a steatocystoma tends to look like melted butter, and this one is no exception. (Remember the steatocystomas Lee popped in the season three premiere of her TLC show?)

“Slimey, yet oh-so satisfying… Steatocystomas!” Lee wrote in Monday’s Instagram caption.

In the video, Lee prods a metal tool into an opening in the patient’s skin, and the yellowy contents of the steatocystoma start running all over the place. It’s a lot. We definitely had to watch this one between gaps in our fingers.

“Looks like vanilla pudding,” one commenter observed. Another compared it to “runny yolk.”
