Earlier yesterday, Barcelona FC announced that Dembele suffered fatigue from training, and was thus withdrawn to continue with rehabilitation. We were met with such devastation following the news, however, we kept our hopes high that the striker would be back in full form.

The club has, however, kept us abreast of the recent development following Dembele’s health. Upon carrying tests, the club revealed that the youngster has been confirmed with a Proximal Hamstring Tear in his right thigh. Apparently, the French footballer will be out for the rest of the season.

We recall that Dembele only just returned from a similar injury which he suffered sometime in November. This term, he’s only made 9 appearances having been absent since 27 November.
