Until the 12th of September, take advantage of the phenomenal Glaciers in Change hike, where you’ll see phenomenal views of 21 glacier-topped mountain peaks higher than 3000 meters. We can’t recommend this hike enough; the panoramic views are absolutely stunning and you’ll also have access to the Rotmoos marshlands and Obergurgl’s 300-year-old Stone Pines.

You’ll begin the journey just stone’s throw from the Chalet at 11° East in Obergurgl before taking the Hohe Mut Gondola ride. You’ll go on to cross Hohe Mut saddleback as you make your way towards the incredible glaciers and summits. On your way you get to know many interesting facts about the area’s scientific research centre in Rotmoostal Valley before your final rest-stop at Schönwieshütte.
