Tips and Tricks if you're travelling to Dublin on business.

Business trip to Dublin? Lucky you! Here's a few tips to help you find your way round this beautiful city and make the most of any free time you have. 
Unlike many capital cities Dublin doesn't have an underground. Going back several years now, there was a shortage of taxi drivers meaning you could be waiting for hours and late for the all important business meetings. Things have changed for the better in recent years and they’re a plenty but we’d still recommend you Book in advance where possible. Uber hasn’t really taken off at the time of writing and buses are a cheaper option, although they do tend to take much longer through the city to get to your destination, so you’re pretty limited. If you’re travelling outside the city then trains are also a good option.
We’d recommend staying in the city if possible, anywhere near Grafton street is a good bet but be warned, nothing in Dublin itself is cheap!
Things to do
Like any city Dublin has many attractions that you may be able to fit in on your business trip. The national tipple is Guniess and a visit to the Guiness factory is highly recommended and you get a free drink at the end!
Grafton street is the main street in the city. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the area and at one end you have St Stephens park, a lovely area with ornamental lake, waterfall and sculptures and at the other you have Trinity College where you can book a tour and see The Book of Kells – Irelands greatest cultural treasure and the world’s most famous medieval manuscript.
