- The environment around the guesthouse house is very safe so you don’t have to worry about security
- The service staffs will work from 7.00am till 1.00am
- The members of staff are very friendly and accommodating

- Simple breakfast is provided i.e. bread, jams, and cup noodles

Cons
- The rooms are quite small for adults including the in-room toilet
- The room in the basement is always noisy throughout the day
- Small towels provided by the guesthouse looks more like a face towel instead of bath towel
- No Hangers are not provided to place clothes; guests have to get chairs to spread their clothes
- Breakfast is only bread with jam and peanut butter and instant noodle cup which is only available if there are leftover from the day before or once the office open at 7am
- The coffee can be awful and quite dilute sometimes
- The walls of the rooms are very thin and this gives no privacy to the guests staying in the guesthouse
- Utensils in the kitchen are quite blunt and always need sharpening or maybe there is a reason for keeping them blunt
- There is an additional surcharge of 5% if you choose to pay by using credit card to for the room
