Wireless industrial automation

Remote monitor & control

Our remote facility monitoring solution is a wireless technology based on Industrial Automation standards (Zigbee) – comprising of specialised Zigbee development module, off the shelf Zigbee devices, custom built Zigbee sensor devices, wireless gateways and a cloud enabled monitoring dashboard software.

Wireless industrial automation

Our Wireless Industrial Automation solutions can replace an existing PLC system and you can get rid of the long wires and expensive maintenance plans for a trouble free remote monitoring and controlling solution. This can be deployed in factories, vertical farms, plantations, hospitals, warehouses, construction sites etc to name a few. The industrial grade deployment can control Zigbee lighting, motors, fans, irrigation valves etc, besides integrating with Modbus and BACnet (T 3000) protocols.

The dashboard software – comprising of device management functions, the presentation and controlling software are built on open source technologies to ensure protection of investment.

Industrial standards

Adherence to HA 1.2 standards also means that third party Zigbee sensor devices for building automation can be easily integrated on to our network, and still access the information on our unified dashboard software. Zigbee is an IEEE 802.15.4-based specification for a suite of high-level communication protocols used to create industrial area networks with small, low-power digital radios, such as for factory monitoring, farm automation, medical device data collection, and other low-power low-bandwidth needs, designed for small scale projects which need wireless connection.
