Troubleshooting

Try each boot method if your controller doesn’t work properly for your game

Troubleshooting tips:

Shooting Plus v3 method works with every game on Android. If you try other boot methods and it doesn’t work for you, use the Shooting Plus v3 method.Remember, PUBG Mobile is not supported on iOS, but works with Android using the Shooting Plus v3 Method (see video above)Please try every boot method if one doesn’t work for your game. Remove bluetooth connection from your device before trying a new pairing method. All boot methods are shown here and in our setup manuals.
If your controller doesn’t turn on, and has been charged, use a small pin and poke the reset button (small hole next to the charging port) The controller will automatically sleep after 5 minutes of no activity If you lose connection, and the controller does not reconnect – remove bluetooth name from device, then reconnect the controller with the correct pairing mode. If LED 3 is flashing, this indicates the controller needs charging.
