One channel we watch is our Shopify Appstore page; where we encourage all of our merchants to leave feedback. This not only lets us know how we’re doing, but also allows your fellow Store owners to get a trusted opinion before installing.

We’ve noticed that a lot of our reviews mentioned similar topics (ease of install, how great ShopPad makes their store look, our commitment to outstanding customer service, etc) so we thought it’d be fun to build a word cloud of our reviews.
