In line with its thrust to continuously enhance the research capabilities of its consortium member agencies, WESVAARRDEC conducted an intensive live-in training entitled "Seminar Workshop on Research Proposal Preparation and Data Analysis" at Iloilo Midtown Hotel last September 23-25, 2015. About thirty faculty researchers from WESVAARRDEC's member agencies attended the activity sponsored by DOST-GIA and PCAARRD. The two-day seminar covered topics such as elements of research proposal; ethical considerations; documentation techniques; work plan and budget estimates; various data analysis techniques and project proposal format for various funding agencies.
