Attack On Titan Season 3 Episode 4 will release on August 12th at 11am Pacific time and 11pm Pakistan Standard Time. Episode 3 was not much exciting. Although it had a few good moments with Historia and her mother.
Attack On Titan Season 3 Episode 4 | What to Expect from "Trust"
It was kind of expected that the current uprising arc was going to be boring and some even speculated before the release of season 3 that this arc might even get cut from the anime. But Hajime Isayama, the creator of Attack on Titan mange, had other views about this arc and wanted to redo it in his own way.
Although this arc is somewhat different from what we had in the manga, the core material of politics and the Historia as queen storyline is still the same. Because of this very reason, episode 3 wasn't as much fun as the earlier episodes. Although this is just the start of the two cotour series.
Warning Spoilers Ahead
As I wrote in the earlier article about the possible introduction of Freida Reiss but she wasn't introduced. Maybe they are waiting for a later time to introduce her. Freida Reiss is Historia's sister and the elder daughter of Rod Reiss.

She can be seen in the opening theme and the ending theme songs in a couple of shots including one with Historia. According to social media sources, she is an important part of the family of Reiss and her backstory will play an important part in this arc.
Erwin Smith is seen beaten in a cell talking to someone in the preview for this episode. We might even see Commander Darius Zackly in this episode. As Commander Pyxis said a higher authority will order the coup d'etat. So assuming that Darius Zackly is the commander of all forces within the walls, he is the person who will give the final order for the execution of Erwin Smith's plan.
Also a small confrontation between the scouts and the Military Police is expected from the few shots seen in the preview. Jean can be seen confronting one of the MPs that came to the forest they were hiding in.
