Review
This episode of the Flash saw two new meta humans, one of which was Ralph Dibny aka plastic man. In this video Ralph finds about his meta human powers.
Meanwhile Cisco met with Gypsy's dad in an unfriendly encounter in his bedroom.
The meeting continued at Jitters.
Barry and Dibny get into a heated conversation that results in a fight between the two.
Barry and Joe get attacked by thugs in their apartment.
Ralph Dibny helps Flash save Joe West in the final battle scene.
In the ending, Barry tells "Plastic man" that he could train with him.
