In my opinion, your neighbors are having a luxury dinner party with a private chef. They are middle-aged professionals. The party is 15 people. None of this sounds like a dog needed to be brought into the foyer of their home or a hose needed to be sprayed at them on their own property. I hope they get justice in court.
