Should An Employer Be Allowed To Ban An Employee From Wearing A Hijab?

Reader, a European court recently issued a controversial ruling that effectively says employers can legally ban their employees from Wearing religious symbols at work.

While this is actually a story from the European Union, it still hits home here in America. If the hijab is banned, what about the Jewish men who wear kippas or Christians who wear crosses. Quite simply is it wrong for companies to take away the right to dress according to or reflective of one's faith or are companies above the right of the individual?  What is your take?
