As-Salatu 'L-Badriyyah ~ With Love to the People of Al-Badr

Salatullah salamullah ala Ta Ha Rasulillah
Salatullah salamullah ala Ya Sin Habibillah

Divine salutation and benediction upon Taw Ha - the Messenger of God
Divine salutation and benediction upon Ya Siin - the Beloved of God
Wa bi’l Hādi Rasūlillah
Wa kulli mujāhidin lillah
Bi-Ahl il-Badri ya Allah

We seek a way with the Holy Divine Name
And with the guide, Rasul Allah
And all who strive in the way of Allah
The people of Badr O Allah

Ilāhi sallim-il ummah
Min al-āfāti wa’n-niqma
Wa min hammin wa min ghamma
Bi-Ahl il-Badri ya Allah

Oh my Lord! Keep your people free
From hardship and adversity
From fear and sorrow and anxiety
Through your love of the people of Badr ya Allah

Wa kam min rahmatin hasulat
Wa kam min zillatin fasulat
Wa kam min ni`matin wasulat
Bi-Ahl il-Badri ya Allah

And oh! What mercy we have acquired.
How many misfortunes we’re made to avoid
How great the blessings that have entered our lives
Through your love of the people of Badr O Allah

Wa salli `alā nabiyyil barri
Bi-lā `addin wa la hasrin
Wa āli sādatin ghurrin
Bi-Ahlil Bayti ya Allah

Upon the immaculate Prophet blessings send
Beyond all count, beyond all end
On the blessed ones who from him descend
Through your love of the people of the Holy House, O Allah

Ya Allahu, Ya Muhammad
Ya Aba Bakri ya Siddique
Ya Umar Usman Ya Ali
Fatima binti Rasooli

O God, O Muhammad
O Companions of the Prophet
O Fatima, the beloved daughter of the Messenger!
(Have mercy on us)

Salatullah salamullah ala Ta Ha Rasulillah
Salatullah salamullah ala Ya Sin Habibillah

Divine salutation and benediction upon Taw Ha - the Messenger of God
Divine salutation and benediction upon Ya Siin - the Beloved of God
