The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Psalms 27:1)

With the Lord at our side, there is no need to be afraid. Terrible things happen in this life, but the Lord reminds us not to despair, for He died on the Cross for our salvation. Rest assured that the guilty will be punished and the innocent spared and given the gift of eternal life.
