For a moment remember what happens while we are sleeping. We see dreams. Different dreams. Some are beautiful dreams. Then even in sleep you feel happy. Some dreams are terrifying or sad. Then even in sleep in Dream, you are unhappy.
After waking up. The dream is over. So is the dream reality?No. Its real experience in sleep...but not a reality. And you cannot see the exactly same dream again.
Like wise our past is also a dream. It cannot happen again.It is like as we have seen a dream and after waking up dropped it. We need to drop the past. When a person sees past as a dream he carries nothing. No burden.
Future is also a dream we create. People create different dreams. They live in it. So the person who is always connected with future is loosing the present moment. Missing life. So many people have not felt the aliveness within life. Aliveness is in this moment. The present.
We people are in a deep sleep, seeing various dreams on our own and lost in them. Some are lost in past dreams and some are in future dreams. All are dreams. In other words we people are in deep sleep with dreaming mind full of dreams. And we do not know that we are in a dream.
But time to time Buddha comes to this world to awaken us from this dream. To show us the truth.... that middle path is the way. Buddha nature is there with awaken ones.
Once awaken we can be in the dream but knowing this is a dream. There is nothing to carry. Very light.
We are realizing things and seeing the things as it is... each and every day. Being in reality awake.
