Our Savior is no one else, but ourselves

Don't you see that our entire lives are going between the fears and desires. How does the Fear come, fear comes with the thought that we may not get what we desire.

If someone's mind is carrying desire, that mind is chased by fear and suspicion. First the doubt comes and when we cannot free us from this doubt the fear occurs.

The desire comes with the pleasure memory. Fear comes with the pain memory.

Fear happened in the human mind since the time may be so long long ago. That is why they started praying for trees, stones, mountains etc. They wanted to escape from fear. So they started praying for objects.  " I fear, so please for my security give me something" That is what almost everyone was praying for.

Our Savior is no one else, but ourselves. The problem is within us. Not with any other thing or person.

We need to explore our own selves and liberate.

Generally people always think, "My Current Status is not ok. This is not enough. So I try to become like that" etc. The effort we put to get out of current status brings the conflict to the mind. That is the pain of mind. Action, in the sense physically doing something is really fine. But the thoughts and the mind is the matter. Therefore if we could live accepting the current situation without trying to become a change through mind by making conflicts, there will be peace in mind. What do we have to do is to accept the situation and be in the moment.

The way to live without conflict in mind is simple. With the practice it will be with you and will not leave you.

Whatever comes to you, even a thought or whatever...if you can stay without rejecting or accepting the same, if you can maintain this balance throughout you will be at peace.
