During the time I was in College, two Bronze Statues were placed on the campus.  The first one was a statue of a sower, from the parable Jesus told in Matthew 13:1-23.  It was wonderful and symbolic for a Bible college, and because of its location on campus, we almost never saw it in the dark, so it was relatively unfrightening. But some time later, a statue of Jesus was placed on campus.
