He's visiting from California. His father is not Jewish, and up to his experience at the Kotel he had nothing to do with Judaism.  

     I told him to go stand by the Kotel and talk to Hashem in his heart… to say such things as, "Hashem, please guide me in life. Teach me what it means to be a Jew. Show me what I should do about it… and have me marry a Jewish girl so I can have a Jewish family."

     He stood there for well over twenty minutes. When he finished, I took this picture. As I took the picture he said, "You're right."
