Redeem The Moments

Favor and Blessing Released

I love the opportunities that God has placed before me and what I have found in life are moments where I am learning, making wonderful decisions and growing in my awareness of God’s plan and purposes for me. The Christian life is meant to be abundant and full of promised goodness. I must take responsibility for my perception and enter moments with the anticipation that God’s plan and purposes will emerge for me. What I want to propose is that instead of analysis, we move into praise and learn that we can redeem every moment by choosing to glorify God in the midst of uncertainty.

Its what the Apostle Paul meant when he told us to redeem the time, because the days are evil (Eph 5:16). His encouragement was that we give thanks or glorify God, in the midst of all things (2 Thess 5:17) “…for this is the will of God for us, in Christ Jesus.” God wants to teach us how to see!

First we must trust God that every moment is a Divine opportunity; and second we must grab the greatest potential out those moments through praise.

Then we will begin to see what God is doing in every step we take… the Divine Opportunities Emerge.

The wise King Solomon wrote that the path of the righteous grows brighter and brighter until the full day (Prov 4:18). That “full” day in the Hebrew (kuwn ) means a day that is firm, stable and established. How does a person “establish” a day?

They do it by how they think about it and speak into it. We must learn to be deeply confident… fully persuaded that God is good and that He has good plans for us just waiting to emerge.

Meditate for a moment on Nahum 1:7. Read this verse over and over to yourself, pondering every word: “The Lord is good, a Stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.” It does not matter where you are in life right now; God has much more in store for you.

You may be disappointed and confused, because of recent bad news: His plans and purposes are beyond anything you can imagine. You may feel betrayed and rejected, in an impossible marriage: His plans and purposes are beyond anything you can imagine. You may be doubting and defeated, weakened by a serious illness: His plans and purposes are beyond anything you can imagine. You may be desperate and lonely, concerned for your wandering children: His plans and purposes are beyond anything you can imagine.

Remind yourself that, “No man has ever seen, heard or even imagined the wonderful things God has in store for those who love the Lord.” (1 Cor 2:9).

And then begin to glorify God through open declarations of praise for the moment you have to display His goodness in the midst of struggle.

The Holy Spirit longs to take you to new levels in every area of your life: He wants to give you His wisdom so you can make better decisions and impart wisdom to others… this redeems the moments! He wants to give you His anointing, stronger than what you now have, so you can have greater influence in every sphere of your life… this redeems the moments! He wants to give you His favor and provision to be blessed spirit, soul and body, so you can be a blessing to others financially, spiritually and in every way… this redeems the moments. Get ready for the seasons to shift as you grab the potential in every moment through praise. You will begin to redeem the moments of your life and see Divine opportunities emerge.
