The Bottom Line

Truth is never defended, because it needs no defense.

To defend is to bring the ego into the discussion.

Truth can be expounded, or expanded, but never defended. If we feel a need to defend a truth, then we do not know it as being true in the first place.

Truth ends the discussion -- only ego continues it.
