1. Include a title that, if possible, indicates what the testimony is about
2. Include as many details as possible. Adding your Name/State/Country are encouraged.
3. Avoid ambiguity (don't' be vague) For example: If your Thumb was Healed, don't stop there. Tell what was wrong with your thumb and how you could tell it was healed. Describe what you could do now that you could not do before.
4. Try to include, when possible, the following types of information:
Problem
WHAT (what was the problem?)
HOW (how long did you have the problem?)
Healing
WHAT (what happened when you received prayer?)
HOW (how do you know you are healed?)
