The question of God’s omnipotence has historically caused little controversy. Basically, being omnipresent means being present everywhere at the same time. Can this term be applied to God? What does the Scripture tell us?

Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.My understanding dictates that, if God is everywhere, there is no need for Satan to go back and forth from heaven to earth and vice versa, accusing us before our God day and night.
