1. David was known as a mighty warrior who defeated Goliaths and won many battles against the armies of King Saul his chief Adversary; and other enemies of the nation of Israel
2. David was helped by God to win his battles, but not many people knew he was also helped by men.
3. Holy Spirit let me receive the help of God and men in Jesus name
4. Holy Spirit connect me with my destiny helpers
5. Sword of God cut off my destiny slowers in Jesus name
6. ⁸ These are the names of David’s mighty warriors:
7. David had a select team of fighters and warriors who were fiercely loyal, passionate, skilful, committed, and die hards
8. Such were the exploits of the three mighty warriors.¹⁸ Abishai the brother of Joab son of Zeruiah was chief of the Three.^[e]He raised his spear against three hundred men, whom he killed, and so he became as famous as the Three. ¹⁹ 

9. David had three mighty warriors, thirty bodyguards, and another four warriors. These 37 warriors were willing to undertake any risks for David to succeed.

10. There are lessons we can learn from ‘Team David’

11. First, you alone cannot pursue your vision no matter your wisdom or anointing. You need to form a ‘Team’ to advance your vision either in business or ministry.

12. Second, you need to form a quality team. Team David comprised of skilful warriors. Don’t use sentiments, family ties, or emotions to form your team. David looked for warriors, go for the best.

13. The quality of your success cannot be greater than the quality of your team. If you assembly a mediocre team, you will struggle with failure. If you marry an unskilful and uneducated husband, you may struggle with poverty

14. ²⁰ Benaiah son of Jehoiada, a valiant fighter from Kabzeel, performed great exploits. He struck down Moab’s two mightiest warriors. He also went down into a pit on a snowy day and killed a lion.²¹ And he struck down a huge Egyptian. Although the Egyptian had a spear in his hand, Benaiah went against him with a club. He snatched the spear from the Egyptian’s hand and killed him with his own spear. ²² Such were the exploits of Benaiah son of Jehoiada; he too was as famous as the three mighty warriors. ²

15. David had three great mighty warriors- Josheb-Basshebeth, Eleazar son of Dodaithe Ahohite, and Shammah son of Agee the Hararite.

16. David’s aide believed in him and were fiercely loyal to him

17. ¹⁵ David longed for water and said, “Oh, that someone would get me a drink of water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem!” ¹⁶ So the three mighty warriors broke through the Philistine lines, drew water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem and carried it back to David.

18. Your business cannot succeed if your staff are disloyal and rebellious

19. You need to cut off every uncommitted staff or friend

20. I unfriend every unfriendly friend of my destiny in Jesus name

21. Every wolf in sheep’s clothing around me, be unmasked in Jesus name

22. You need a Josheb, Eleazar, and a Shammah

23. The interesting thing is that Lord Jesus adopted the same strategy, He formed a team of 12 disciples who were loyal to him. The only disloyal disciple ended up betraying him

24. Holy Spirit assembly my Team Success in Jesus name

25. Holy Spirit help to use my head rather than my heart to take decisions

26. Holy connect me with silent helpers

27. Holy Spirit give me destiny accelerators

28. Holy Spirit reinforce the pillars of my destiny in Jesus name

29. Holy Spirit connect me with load carriers in Jesus name

30. Holy Spirit connect me with burden bearers
